We're Heading to the In-House Recruitment Expo!
We’re delighted to announce we’ll be exhibiting at the In-House Recruitment Expo! We’ll be at Olympia, London on the 26th-27th February on stand 45 – and since we’re growing, we’ll have our two newest recruits with us there too.
This event is a must-attend for in-house recruiters, covering the full range of hiring, retention and development of talent. The two-day event boasts an array of exhibitors, as well as hosting a mixture of seminars and masterclasses throughout. With 28 seminars across 2 days, you will want to make sure you plan in advance and make the most of the 4 seminars you’re allowed to book.

“We have pulled together an exciting programme that kicks off on day one with Theo Smith from NICE as he discusses how through the utilisation of research and marketing techniques you could be a far more effective recruiter. Candidate experience is still high on most in-house recruitment teams’ agenda and we will hear from Disruptive HR’s Karen Moran and Lee Andrews from IBM as they share their personal views on how to deliver more effectively.
No event on recruitment can avoid the topics of AI and automation and for IHRE19 we are joined by Charles Hipps from Oleeo with a session that takes a pragmatic look at how to adopt and adapt AI in our recruitment functions. Returning for a second year will be the highly interactive Dangerfield panel, which for IHRE19 digs deeper into the impact of automation on all things recruitment.
GradConsult will be leading the conversation on graduate hiring helping us to review how we attract and engage students and that careers fairs might just not be working as well as they used to.
Day two doesn’t take the foot off the gas with sessions covering the gig economy from James Bentley at WPP and Rachel Dalboth joins us from the FIRM to open up the debate on the talent acquisition function as it stands and where we should put our focus.”
