Sales Development Representative

Reporting to: Andy – He’s the guy who signs the bonus cheques, top bloke.

Before us, lets talk about YOU!

If the Pandemic has taught us anything, its that you only have to dress the top half of your body. Don’t pretend you haven’t done an interview in your pants….

You’re at your best working from home, despite the distraction of the fridge. Those extra few kilo’s we’ve all put on won’t shift themselves…

You don’t want a run-of-the-mill job, you don’t want to clock in and out, you don’t want to work every day of the week, well you might, its up to you though.

Sound like you?

Here’s what you’ll be doing…

Your role is to book demo’s of our amazing Video software tool to Recruitment Agencies across the UK. You won’t be doing the demo, don’t panic, you just have to schedule the demo with a prospect you’ll have uncovered using any one of our sales tools. We use things like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Innovantage, Vidyard, Yesware and others to make your life as easy as possible!

The more demo’s you book, the more cash you’ll earn. But there’s a tidy basic to get you out of bed each morning.

We reckon you’ll need to do between 25 and 40 hours a week to hit your numbers, but when you do them is down to you.

Need to do the school run? Fine

Midday Legs Bums and Tums? – Crack on!

Long weekend? Well deserved!

You may already have SDR experience working elsewhere, or previous experience in the recruitment industry, these are nice, but not essential. Its more about what you can bring to the party with your personality, drive and desire to do a good job in a role where work:life balance is taken very seriously.

Still with me?

Hit apply now! If we like the look of your CV (Keep it brief for the love of God), we’ll schedule a Video chat (obvs) with you – (after Boxercise of course).
