The introduction of Shine's video interviewing solution into our graduate and placement recruitment has resulted in a much more robust screening process, a dramatic reduction in the number of assessment centres we need to host, and a great reduction in our time - to - hire.

Up to 15 roles in different disciplines were created on the system with candidates being able to complete their one-way video interview questions at a time most convenient for them.

With thousands of candidates from over 80 countries, this speeds up the recruitment process for the Nissan Recruitment team who are then able to streamline the assessment centres by using the Shine Scheduler to invite candidates onsite.

Higher quality candidates were brought forward for assessment centre, ensuring fewer ‘wasted’ slots, and the time to hire was reduced by half.

We have also worked extensively within Manufacturing Recruitment to screen and then schedule agility tests with successful candidates.
